Breaking up the linearity of this apartment by creating pockets of multi-functional space
Keeping the space as simple as possible, we collaborated with Hello Circus for a subtle confetti patterned wallpaper as a main feature element in the living and dining area. The feature wall connects the pocket of spaces toward the full-height windows in the apartment, yet subtly segregated by artfully placed loose furnishing. Opening up the kitchen also allowed us to create a feature cabinet flowing into the kitchen and the service yard. This created the illusion of depth and, in turn, made the space bigger than it was.
